She has been topping the class 4 years consecutively. Just through half the term and Misha still was way ahead her classmates. Yeah she is intelligent and apple of all the teachers. And everyone knew that.
Today was different day for her. It was a defining day of her life. It was a Hindi debate competition. She was competing for the first time in Hindi linguistic competition. She had worked really hard on her diction. She worked hard in memorizing all the lines. Yes she was scared. Scared of forgetting the unfamiliar lines. Goofing up her pronunciation.
After school, at home:
Misha: Momma Momma... Where are you?
Mom: Lunch is on the table have it and dont disturb me.
Misha: Alright
At 5 pm:
Misha: Pappa Pappa. Guess wot I stood first in hindi debate! Glee
Dad: Wow congrats. I always knew you are good at everything
Misha: Ohk. Thanks Pappa
Now:
Yes everyone knows her very well. In fact too well as they claim. Some even claim to know when her skin changes the color. Some see her living a life of bliss. While some claim to understand her unsaid sadness. Some claim to understand her and know her in and out. But no one knows how much she wished someone could just read her eyes, could hear her unheard sobs, could feel her pricky heart. No one sees the neglected kid inside her. No one sees her tears of arising from deep setted wounds. No one hears her call for help to untangle her from web of lies n conceit. She just wishes she sees the day when the whole world just stops admonishing her for her frailties. Life has been too bitter to savour the moments of naiveness and happiness.
